美国提交485使用双号四页的出生公证书：

每个国家使用的出生公证书格式是不一样的。首先申请人需要确定出生公证书使用的国家，这样我们才能确定公证书翻译的语言以及是否需要办理双认证。所谓的双认证是指中国内地有关机构出具的涉外公证书或其他证明文书在送国外使用前，办理好我国外交部领事认证后，还需按文书使用国要求办理该国驻华使领馆的领事认证，方可被文书使用国接受。那目前在美国提交485办理美国绿卡使用的出生公证书是双号四页的，无需双认证，和老的版本两页的公证书是不一样的。新的格式添加了个人证件号码，以及生父生母的证件号码。基本上老版本两页的公证书美国移民局是不接受的，我们也建议申请人重新办理。加拿大和澳大利亚使用的出生公证书是两页的，而且不需要贴个人的照片。
