委托人须提交的基本材料：
- 委托书一式两份签好字先不写落款日期邮寄，并打印出来在签字的时候录一段不短于10秒的视频发email给我们[email protected]
- 委托人和受托人身份证正反面，
- 护照、户口本（首页，户主个人信息页，申请人页，关系人页）扫描件电子版
- 委托人手持身份证和签好字的委托书拍照（以白墙作为背景在室内拍摄）
- 父母结婚证、未成年人出生医学证明和护照扫描件电子版
注：所有证件需提供原件彩色扫描件电子版、与原件1:1大小
