    我儿子1990年在中国出生，1996年底改了名（当地公安户籍已出具证明），1999年移民加拿大，现在是加拿大公民。
    请问：可以为我儿子办理曾用名和出生公证吗？可以的话， 需要什么材料？怎么收费？
