中国无犯罪记录公证有有效期吗？时间怎么算？

我办理完公证书，上面没有注明时间限制，但是我递交美国移民局又说要6个月以内的，这个怎么回事？

    您好，对的，所有在中国国内办理的公证书都不会标注时间期限的。只是移民国家，每个国家都有不同的要求，有些国家是距今3个月，6个月的都有。
